Community Oriented Policing and Crime Prevention is a fundamental responsibility of every Hudson County Sheriff’s Officer. The Community Relations Unit acts as a focal point for law enforcement efforts to create and maintain a climate of cooperation and trust. Our mission as the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office Community Relations Unit is to do everything possible to keep channels of communication open between the Sheriff’s Office and the public through various programs, fairs, and demonstrations.
